Damaged Items

If you have taken receipt of your order and found that the items have been damaged in transit, please email us at with your problem with photos attached. Sadly we have had people in the past try their luck in getting free bottles by saying their bottles are smashed etc. Therefore we do require photographic evidence of the breakages before we can send out any replacements. This might seem drastic but it does cost us a lot of money to send out replacement bottles to dishonest customers. 

Wrong Sizes, Strengths and other issues
